Mindfulness Afternoon Retreat

Relax and replenish on our mindfulness and yoga afternoon retreat.   This is an opportunity to experience mindfulness and yoga practices that have the necessary elements to help you find that work/life balance and become calmer and re-connected with yourself. You will enjoy yoga practices that will help you stretch and cleanse your body, and mindfulness practices which promote your emotional wellbeing and give you peace of mind. It’s for those who have an established yoga and mindfulness practice as well as those who are new to either. They are for anyone seeking to take time out and tune in with their experience in a quiet, supportive, small-group environment. Our retreats help you to get back into a daily meditation or yoga routine or just deepen your practice.

 Regular practice group 

We are a self-supporting group who meet on the second Wednesday of each month from 19:00 to 21:00.  We listen to guided meditations, share our experience of practice and offer mutual support. We share the cost of the hire of a space at the James Clark Building in Paisley.  If you have taken a mindfulness course and would like support to keep your practice going, please get in touch with us to book your place.  Please note, although Everyday Mindfulness provides links to our group, it has no responsibility for its operation.
